Jet-Chef.com Expands to Include Restaurants!

Jet-Chef.com continues to grow and transcend the in flight catering directory concept. We have grown to add personal chefs, florists, pastry chefs, custom chocolate creators and more! We have received feedback from our users to also include restaurants. The Jet-Chef.com Jet Set fly and travel in unfamiliar cities, for business and pleasure, and want to find high end restaurants around the world from a trusted resource!


We are proud and excited to share with the Jet-Chef.com users one of our newest members: The Dolce Group. The Dolce Group is a Los Angeles based restaurant and nightlife team, amongst the top leading hospitality groups in the country. The Dolce Group is responsible for some of the hippest and sophisticated restaurants and lounges across the United States!


The Dolce Group opened one of their first restaurants in West Hollywood, Dolce Enoteca e Ristorante. Dolce Enoteca e Ristorante is a modern Italian restaurant and lounge that embraces the flavor of old world Italy while catering to a hip and sophisticated clientele. Dolce serves Italian tapas as well as traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary spin. Dolce Enoteca e Ristorante now has locations in Los Angeles, California, Atlanta, Georgia, Huntsville, Alabama and Reno, Nevada!


The Dolce Group, with Shereen Arazm, went on to launch Geisha House. Geisha House is a Modern Japanese Restaurant, Sushi Bar and Saki Lounge that embraces the flavor of traditional Japan while catering to a hip, sophisticated clientele. Serving Japanese cuisine as well as fresh sushi and sashimi dishes with a contemporary spin. Geisha House is located in Hollywood, California and Atlanta, Georgia!


The Dolce Group went on to open another successful Italian restaurant, Bella Cucina Italiana, located in Hollywood, California. Bella Cucina Italiana is a cozy Italian trattoria offering delectable antipasti, salads, soups as well as delicious pastas, risottos, entrees and desserts. Executive Chef David Moreno showcases classic and contemporary Southern Italian cuisine.


The Dolce Group refurbished, revamped and reopened a famous Hollywood haunt, Les Deux. Owners Mike Malin, Lonnie Moore and Sylvain Bitton have revived the well-known Les Duex Cafe to be once again the latest hotspot in Los Angeles, California. A plush experience of European lifestyle mixed with a sexy decor welcoming L.A.'s finest clientele.


The Dolce Group also launced Ketchup, located in both West Hollywood and Huntsville, Alabama. Ketchup takes classic American cuisine and catapults the dishes into the modern age: menu inspirations based on childhood favorites, recreated with a gourmet, upscale twist. The American grill is no longer boring and predictable, Ketchup is innovative and fun.

The Dolce Group has also opened Ten Pin Alley, located in Atlanta, Georgia. In the Fall of 2008, Dallas will be lucky locale for The Boardroom, a sophisticated spin on the classic sports bar concept! And, later in 2008, The Dolce Group will open Rare 120, an exclusive steakhouse in the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and Huntsville, Alabama! Plans include expansion into Washington, D.C. and Florida.
